#NeverCompromise Cuveé (2023)

The basis for this wine are grapes from Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc and Silvaner. The Riesling grapes are harvested early to get this crisp freshness and the Silvaner grapes are harvested late with a 12 hour standing time in their own juice to extract more aroma. The Sauvignon Blanc in combination with a slow and cool fermentation brings this fresh exotic note.
