Many different grape varieties and two different vintages form the basis for this exceptional blend.

All grapes are carefully harvested, fermented slowly and cooled so that the full flavour of the grape varieties can develop. After each grape variety has been vinified according to its requirements, they are blended together according to their harmony, resulting in a wine with incredible balance.
