Riesling trocken (2023)

After the selective pre-harvest by hand, the healthy grapes are gently harvested with modern harvesting machines.

Then, the grapes are allowed to rest for 3 hours in their own juice to absorb more extract from the berry skin. After gentle pressing, the juice is pre-clarified by natural sedimentation and then fermented to wine in our temperaturecontrolled stainless steel tanks.
