Only healthy grapes serve as the basis for this Weissburgunder. After a resting period of the berries in their own juice of 6 hours, the grapes are gently pressed and, after pre-clarification, cooled and fermented into wine in our stainless steel tanks.
On the nose very fine exotic notes of mango and grapefruit, with some peach. On the palate a full-bodied fleshy fruit with a lively acidity and a nice juiciness.
Goes excellently with pasta or pizza. Also complements flavors of white meat and poultry dishes.
