After the selective pre-harvest by hand, the healthy grapes are gently harvested with modern harvesting machines. After harvesting, the grapes are allowed to rest for 3 hours in their own juice to absorb more extract from the berry skin. After gentle pressing, the juice is pre-clarified by natural sedimentation and then fermented to wine in our temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks.
Citrus and vineyard peach on the nose, very fruity on the palate, with an animating juiciness. A hint of sweetness and acidity gives this Riesling a playful lightness.
This light and lively wine is wonderful with sushi, fish, poultry, and white meat.
