A selective harvest is followed by maceration in small vats. After gentle pressing, aging takes place partly in oak barriques and partly in stainless steel tanks.
Dark red berries with a subtle spice and some mint. Very berry and slightly fleshy texture. The tannins are harmoniously integrated.
The flavor profile goes well with pasta, pizza, some cheese and grilled food. It also pairs splendidly with poultry, white meat, and beef.
