Modern mechanical harvesting machines allow us to sort our handpicked berries according to size. These berries are then separated from the stalk, and the skin is broken. Maceration then takes place before it is fermented partly in oak barriques and stainless steel tanks.
On the nose some sour cherry and fine spicy aromas. On the palate, a wonderful harmony of berries, fine acidity, and residual sweetness.
A worthy complement to summer flavors in grilled food, poultry, and pasta. A tasteful sip for the warm season!
