We vinify this fruity and lively Portugieser Weißherbst from various vineyards. Pre-harvesting by hand and final selected machine harvests guarantee optimum quality. After gentle pressing of the grapes, the juice is temperature-controlled and slowly fermented into wine in several stainless steel tanks.
