We vinify this fruity and lively Müller Thurgau from various vineyards. Preharvesting by hand and final selected machine harvests guarantee optimum quality. After gentle pressing of the grapes, the juice is temperaturecontrolled and slowly fermented into wine in several stainless steel tanks.
